The contract repository

The repository holds your agreements with status, counterparty, value, deadlines and risk level. The statuses follow the lifecycle: draft, review, negotiation, approved, signed and archived.

The overview surfaces what needs attention: agreements at high risk, deadlines coming up, and agreements waiting for approval.

Metadata such as parties, dates and amounts is extracted automatically when you import an agreement, and can be corrected by hand.

All activity on an agreement is logged, so it is possible afterwards to see what changed and when.
