Where data is stored, and when it is deleted

Customer data is stored in the EU/EEA. Access is limited to your own workspace, enforced in the database and not only in the interface.

The data processing agreement is published and can be signed electronically in the app. The wording you sign is stored together with the version, the time and who signed.

A named list of sub-processors is not published publicly, but customers with an agreement can request it.

When the customer relationship ends, customer data is deleted after the period stated in the terms, and the deletion is logged.
