Prices, quotas and analysis credit

Every plan includes analysis credit in kroner and a number of seats. How much an analysis draws depends on the type and the mode, and is stated on the pricing page.

Under My account you see included credit, the amount used, credit you have topped up, and what is left in the period.

If the credit runs out you can top up or wait for the next period. Purchased credit does not expire as long as the account is active.

A monthly cost ceiling also applies per customer. As you approach it, that is logged internally; when it is reached, new analyses stop while reading and export continue as before.
