Collaboration, roles and review

A workspace has roles: owner, administrator, member and reviewer. The role decides what each person can see and change.

You can comment at clause level and inside analyses, and threads update continuously for everyone looking at the case.

Review status shows whether an analysis is unchecked, under review, checked or needs follow-up.

Approval rules can be set up so that agreements with high liability exposure or a foreign governing law must be approved by someone else.
