Pause or cancel the subscription

Under My account you can pause the subscription for up to three months. During the pause you are not charged, and you can read and download everything you have.

If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and there is no cancellation fee.

Afterwards you get an optional question about what decided it. You can skip it — the cancellation goes through either way.

Once the subscription has ended, data is deleted after the period stated in the terms. Download your data first if you want to keep it.
