Playbooks and deviation tracking
Measure new agreements against your standard positions.
A playbook position describes what your business accepts in a clause type, what the fallback is, and what is unacceptable.
When an agreement is analysed, the clauses are compared against the playbook. Deviations are listed with how certain the match is: exact, probable, weak or judgement-based.
Deviations that need human assessment are flagged separately, so nothing passes on automation alone.
You can keep your own standard wording in the clause library and insert it straight into the document.
