How to read the confidence level

Every answer gets a confidence level with reasons: which sources were found, what was missing, and which assumptions were relied on.

If the advisers in the pipeline disagree, the disagreement is shown rather than smoothed over. That is often the most useful signal in the whole report.

Low confidence does not mean the answer is wrong, but that the basis is thin. The conclusion should then be checked against the source before it is used in a decision.

The tool is decision support. The final assessment must always be made by a qualified person.
