Troubleshooting
Common errors and what they mean
The messages people actually meet.
"The analysis was not run — no source available": the source lock is on, but no documents or internal sources are attached to the analysis. Upload a document, or switch the lock off. No credit has been charged.
"Not enough analysis credit": the credit for the period is used up. Top up, or wait for the next period.
"The monthly limit has been reached": the cost ceiling for the customer has been reached. Reading and export work as before, but new analyses do not start.
"We could not read your usage": a lookup failed, and the system stops rather than guessing. Try again shortly — nothing has been charged.
An analysis stuck as "running" for too long: a watchdog job checks regularly and either resumes or stops the job, and returns the credit if it could not be completed.
