An undocumented date is never shown as in order
A date that is missing, or that has not been confirmed by a person, is marked as exactly that. That is the whole point of the overview.
Deficiencies stay in the inspector's wording
The deficiency code and the text are stored as they were written, with your planned response alongside. We do not rewrite the finding.
IMO numbers are validated on entry
The check digit is calculated every time a number is entered, both in the app and in the database.
A source base, or an empty state
If the source base for a question is missing, the product says so and charges no credit - it does not invent a convention reference.
