    Enter your company's standard wording as playbook positions. New agreements are measured against them, and the deviations are listed with reasons instead of being found by hand every time.

    How it is done

    1. 1Standard positions, accepted variants and fallback wording are stored per workspace.
    2. 2The clauses in the new agreement are matched against the standard - exact match, probable match or semantic match.
    3. 3Each deviation gets a type, how certain the match is, and whether a person should look at it.
    4. 4Approval rules can trigger automatically, for example on high liability exposure or a foreign governing law.
