    Read an agreement through before you sign it

    Upload an agreement as PDF, Word or plain text. The analysis splits the document, works through the clauses and collects the findings in one report with sources cited and the uncertainty marked.

    How it is done

    1. 1The text is extracted from the document in your browser; long documents are split into parts and put back together after the analysis.
    2. 2The clauses are assessed against Norwegian statutory text from our own source base, and against EU rules where relevant.
    3. 3Contradictions between different parts of the same document are stated explicitly.
    4. 4Every conclusion gets a source, and claims without a basis are flagged rather than presented as fact.

    What you get

    • A decision strip at the top: safe to sign, safe with changes, or not safe to sign.
    • A list of red flags, missing points and high-risk clauses, with an action priority.
    • Deadlines and renewal dates pulled out of the text.
    • A report you can share as a link or download as a PDF.
