Norwegian Ordinary Ship Register

A vessel entered under NOR gets her own record: name, IMO number with the check digit validated, call sign, register, vessel type, gross tonnage, year of build and class society. Every document you upload and every analysis you run is tied to that one vessel, so the assessment is always about a specific ship rather than a general question.

What the vessel record gives you

• · Port state control history for the vessel, finding by finding

What we do not claim about NOR

The maritime regulatory basis is not loaded yet. Analysis therefore rests on the documents you upload and the particulars you register for the vessel. No convention or regulation reference is shown until the basis is in place.

In practice: we will not tell you what NOR requires. We will read what you hold, show what is documented, what is assumed, and what is missing — and name the gap instead of filling it with a reference we cannot stand behind.
